# Quickstart

1\. After importing the asset, open the tool from the top menu:

Tools > Easy gitignore & LFS Setup

2\. The main window will open. Click "Create .gitignore File" and "Create .gitattributes File".

Make sure you have installed Git and Git LFS. You can check this by running “git lfs version” in Git Bash, or simply go to the Utilities tab in the tool and press "Check Git LFS Status.

That's it! Your project is now safely configured with professional grade settings.
